Maple Salted Pecans

Summary
These sweet and salty treats are sure to be a hit at your next cocktail party. They pair perfectly with anything and everything from cheese & fruit to a backyard BBQ - you can't just have one!

Ingredients
3 tbsp (45 mL) 100% pure maple syrup
1 tbsp (15 mL) granulated sugar
1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
Just a Pinch of Cayenne Pepper & Cinnamon
2 cups (500mL) natural pecan halves

Directions
In medium bowl, combine maple syrup, sugar, Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, cayenne and cinnamon. Add pecans and stir well to coat evenly.
Spread over parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake at 325°F for 8 minutes. Stir pecans to make sure they are not sticking together and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool completely. Break apart any pecans that are stuck together. Enjoy!

Wow, these are great. I was at the Womens show this past weekend and saw the "Just a Pinch" presentation and sampled the Pecan's. Both were wonderful and the show very informative!
